How will I receive my Patch eCard?
Your bonus eCard will be emailed to the registered email entered at checkout. If an email has not been received please double check your spam folder or simply contact us. Bonus eGift Cards will be emailed a week from the original purchase.
Can eCards be reloaded?
Unfortunately, you can't reload your eCards. A new card will have to be purchased.
How do customers check their balance?
Currently, the balance cannot be checked online, but you can check your balance by simply contacting us. If Apple Wallet is available, you may check your balance.

Can I exchange my eCard for cash or return an eCard?
eCards are non-refundable. You may not redeem your eCard for cash.
Can I apply a discount to the purchase of a eCards?
It depends. Most discounts cannot be applied to Patch Plan eCards. The exception is a product specific discount where the offer is automatically discounted from the eCard.
My eCard was used without my permission, can i receive another eCard?
If an eCard has been used/stolen, we will not be able to issue a replacement.
I want to return and item purchased with my eCard, where do my funds go?
Funds will be available to the original form of payments. Any refunds should be loaded back to your eCard.
