Return Period
  • Standard Returns: Simple, 365 days from the delivery date.
  • Within 30 Days: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • After 30 Days: Receive store credit for the amount of the purchase.
  • In-store purchases: No Cash Refunds. (Check issued after approval)

Return Process

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt, proof of purchase, or order number

How to Return:

  • Initiate a Return: To return, visit our return portal here or simply return the order to the address below. 
  • Return Address: Send your returns to 11718 N. Garden St, Building C, Houston, TX 77071.
  • Return Label: You can request a pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from your final refund. If the return is due to an error or defect on our part, we’ll cover the cost.

Return Processing:

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Store credit will be issued if the return is beyond 30 days from delivery.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@patchcollection.com.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order. We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

International Returns

International Returns:

We accept international returns, however, we are unable to provide a return label. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our service team. Contact Us

European Union Orders

  • Cooling-Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, you have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
