Order Fulfillment Information

Fulfillment: Express orders are not guaranteed during national holidays/events/observance days. During these days carriers may not deliver packages until the next available business date.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be shipped until the following available business day. Our team may provide you with a tracking number during the weekend days, but your order will not be picked up by the carrier until the next available business day.

Shipping Time:
 Shipping Time will begin once your order status has been changed to 'Fulfilled'. Initial handling time is not included within the estimated shipping time below.

Return to Sender: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders which include our free shipping promos are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered, you will be alerted, and you will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Delivery Information

The standard (2-4 Business days) service is not guaranteed to arrive within the estimated shipping time.

2-Day and Overnight Express Delivery are guaranteed to arrive by the shipping time provided below. Shipping time will begin once the order has been marked as 'Fulfilled' and a tracking number has been provided. Overnight Express Delivery Delivery - 2-Day Express will not include Saturday delivery unless requested. 

(2-Day Shipping is not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO)

Shipping Rates

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the address these items are being shipped, different shipping methods may be used. All shipping methods for the United States are trackable to the destination address.

Orders shipping with these methods are delivered via FedEx or USPS. The majority of our orders ship from our shipping facilities located in Houston TX. However, some items may ship directly from our manufacturer.

Domestic Rates

There are 3 shipping rates available for the United States, starting at $3.99 USD. Some shipping rates may not be available based on items purchased or delivery address.  

      • First Class (2-4 Business Days) (Calculated by Location)
      • Expedited at $10.95 USD (1-3 Business Days)
      • FedEx 2-Day Express at $14.95 USD 
      • Overnight Express at $34.95 USD (1-2 Business Days)

International Rates

Customs fees and duties may be due by your country before the package is delivered. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are calculated by the recipient's country. 

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed please Contact Us for additional details.

International orders may be held at customs by the destination country due to COVID-19. Please see the page below to see if your country is affected.

International Stamp Mail does not include tracking. For this reason, we will not be able to provide any resolution if lost or delayed during transit. Shipping date and delivery address details will be available via email and can be requested through our service team contact page.



Other Details

Defective/Missing Items:

Any defective or missing item must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date for our team to provide a resolution. Contact us here to submit an inquiry.

Lost Mail: Patch Collection will issue a full refund if the package tracking details indicate the package has been lost during transit. Mail posted as "Delivered" is not considered lost. If a package has not been received but has been marked as "Delivered", Patch Collection will facilitate communication with the carrier. Any reimbursements, claims, and resolutions for "Delivered" packages will be handled by the carrier at their own discretion.
