    This is the patch for the Toronto Maple Leafs which was worn to help the Heart & Stroke Foundation to propagate their message about heart diseases and strokes for the 1986-87 season. This patch is designed for commemorative, nostalgic display, and collection. The patch measures approximately at 4" wide by 4" tall. Patch comes fully packaged and sealed.
