Iron-on Backing +
What it Means: The Patch can be applied with a household hand iron. This backing option can also be sewn on.
Best For: Clothes, Denim, Jackets, Uniforms. Will adhere best to cotton-based fabrics. Not recommended for synthetic or leather applications.
Sticker Backing +
What it Means: Peel-and-Stick like a sticker (Temporary Solution). This application does not iron-on.
Best For: This is a try-before-use solution. Recommended for flat surfaces.
VELCRO Backing +
VELCRO with J-Hook: Rough hook side only. Sticks to the soft loop surface already on your gear.
VELCRO with Soft Side: Includes both hook & Loop (like a full VELCRO set).

Important: Orders placed after Dec 12th may not arrive by Christmas. Expedited shipping is recommended after this date.
Patch Cropping Instructions:
- "As-Uploaded" - The shape of the patch is based on the cropping selected when uploading the image. Shapes can be selected from the upload dashboard. To cut around shapes not listed, such as odd-shaped logos, you must select Cut Out Subject.
- "Cut Out Subject" - Our team will cut around the subject on the image, such as a pet, face, or logo. Selecting this option will add additional time for production.
Tips: High-resolution images work best. Small images may appear unclear. Small or thin text may not be legible. Images may appear darker on the final print.

Lead Time: Your personalized photo patch(es) may take 2 to 5 business days to ship from the date the order is placed. Selecting "Cut Out Subject" will add additional time. During Holiday times the turnaround time could be extended up to 1-2 weeks.

Adding customizations or special request such as VELCRO may add an additional business day prior to shipping.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day of initial purchase; however, some orders may take additional time to process. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be shipped until the following available business day. Our team may provide you with a tracking number during the weekend days, but your order will not be picked up by the carrier until the next available business day. All items are safely packaged in a standard padded package or box.
