Please be advised that all shipments handled by Canada Post are currently subject to potential significant delays due to the ongoing labor disruption (strike action).

Alternate Shipping: We encourage customers to choose an alternative courier (like UPS, FedEx, or DHL, if available) at checkout for more reliable service during this time.

Holding Orders: Orders previously shipped via Canada Post may be held at our facility or within the Canada Post network until service stabilizes.
International Express: This service does not guarantee a delivery date, as customs clearance delays may impact your shipment.
Fulfillment: Express orders are not guaranteed during national holidays, events, or observance days. On these occasions, carriers may not deliver packages until the next available business day. The affected dates include:
Shipping Time: Shipping Time begins once your order status changes to 'Fulfilled'. Initial handling time is not included in the estimated shipping time. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimated based on location and do not represent the actual time unless guaranteed by the delivery method selected.
Return to Sender: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders with free shipping promos are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee on domestic orders and the cost of shipping for international orders.
Backorders: Items ordered together may not ship on the same day. If an item is temporarily out of stock or back-ordered, you will be notified with an approximate shipment date. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated within 10 days of placing your order.
Delivery Information: The standard service (2-5 Business days) is not guaranteed within the estimated shipping time. 2-Day and Overnight Express Delivery are guaranteed, starting once the order is marked 'Fulfilled' with a provided tracking number. Overnight Express Delivery - 2-Day Express does not include Saturday delivery unless requested. (Not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO)
Shipping Rates: Depending on the items and delivery address, various shipping methods may be used. All US shipping methods are trackable. Orders ship via FedEx or USPS from our facilities in Houston, TX, with some items shipping directly from the manufacturer.

Economy mail does not include tracking. Patch Collection will not be able to provide any resolution on delayed/lost shipments once shipped.

Defective/Missing Items:
Report within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Contact us here to submit an inquiry.
Lost Mail:
Patch Collection will issue a full refund if the package tracking details indicate the package has been lost during transit. Mail posted as "Delivered" or containing a tracking update within 2 weeks is not considered lost. If a package has not been received but has been marked as "Delivered", Patch Collection will facilitate communication with the carrier. Any reimbursements, claims, and resolutions for "Delivered" packages will be handled by the carrier at their discretion. Unreported lost mail after 30 days of the last tracking update will not qualify for a refund. Lost/Undelivered mail must be reported to Patch Collection within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) for our team to properly investigate and provide a resolution.

Any product refunds may only be provided once the item has been returned in its original condition. Patch Collection does not provide return labels on international orders; however, we will cover the cost of returns and reshipments if it is determined that an error occurred on our end.
