- Standard Returns: Simple, 365 days from the delivery date.
- Within 30 Days: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
- After 30 Days: Receive store credit for the amount of the purchase.
- In-store purchases: No Cash Refunds. (Check issued after approval)

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order. We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
International Returns
International Returns:
We accept international returns, however, we are unable to provide a return label. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our service team. Contact Us
European Union Orders
- Cooling-Off Period: For shipments to the European Union, you have 14 days from the delivery date to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging.
